She is part of the pedagogical council of Project To Be.

Curriculum

She graduated in Primary Education from Lisbon Superior School of Education, and she has a postgraduate degree in Teachers Pedagogical Management from the Lisbon Educational Institute.

She was the main class teacher at Papião school, for 15 years. Her love for teaching and her leadership, proactivity and communication characteristics led her to take on the coordination of various activities at Papião school. Over the years, she collaborated with the previous Director, Isabel Faro Nunes in the implementation of the Educational Project at Papião School.

Throughout her academic and professional career, Carina dos Santos Paixão has participated in various experiences related to education (volunteering with institutionalised children, communication at congresses, summer libraries, supporting children with learning difficulties) and she has always invested in further training.

Personal note

Married, mother of two greatly desired twins and Godmother and guardian of a teenager, she finds that her family is her life´s main pillar.
